I’m a true hybrid designer/engineer with a passion for both disciplines.

Graduating from Brunel University in 2006 with a BEng (Hons) First Class and MEng Distinction both in Mechanical Engineering and Design, I’m also a Chartered Engineer and an active member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology.

My background is varied, and I've worked on a diverse range of projects over the years, some of which can be viewed on this website. I’ve also worked across different sectors and tended to have pioneering roles within the companies I have worked for pursuing specialised areas outside their core business.

This has afforded me great exposure to working closely with many specialist suppliers as well as in-house teams while successfully conquering an array of project challenges, building up experience of the best practices in achieving optimum results.

Since 2015 I have also operated independently as NRK Design both taking on projects and working on contract for maximum flexibility.
